How I collect, use and look after your information when you use this website. Last updated 4 November 2026.

Who I am

This website is run by Meg Corkhill, trading as Your Project Me. I’m responsible for any personal information you share here. If you have a question about your information, email me at meg@yourprojectme.com.

What I collect

• When you fill in the “Let’s chat” form: your name, email address, your WhatsApp number if you’d like me to message you there, and anything you choose to tell me about where you’re at, what you’d love to be able to do and how you found me.
• When you join my mailing list: your name and email address, and whether you open or click my emails.

Please don’t share medical details in the chat form. If they’re relevant to your coaching, we’ll talk about them on a call.

Why I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and book a call, because you’ve asked me to.
• To send you my emails, because you’ve given your consent by signing up and confirming. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

I will never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it’s stored

I use a small number of trusted services to run this website and my emails:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives the “Let’s chat” form.
• Brevo manages my mailing list and sends my emails.
• Google provides my business email, where form messages arrive.
• WhatsApp is used to message you, only if you’ve asked me to.

Some of these companies may store information outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards to protect it.

How long I keep it

• Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months if we don’t go on to work together, then deleted.
• Mailing list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove them.
• If you become a client, I’ll explain how I look after your coaching information when we start.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I’m using it. Just email meg@yourprojectme.com and I’ll reply within a month.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
