I get it. It often feels like everyone around you is smashing their goals or posting about their perfect routines, doesn’t it? But honestly, they’re probably facing the same struggles as you. We all are. I’ve been there too.
I didn’t get my confidence by following some ‘quick-fix’ plan — I built it by figuring out what really works for real people with busy lives. I’ve been stuck in the endless cycle of trying to find the ‘perfect’ routine, frustrated with diets that never last and just wanting a simple, FUN, low stress way to get healthy without all the confusion.
The truth is, fitness doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive. It’s about finding a way to make it work for you—your lifestyle, your body, your goals. And it should be something you actually enjoy, not something that feels like a chore.
A bit about me…
I’m a firm believer in practicing what I preach. I’ve been on this journey myself and truly understand the benefits of having someone in your corner. That’s why I’ve invested in my own coaches ever since I took my health and business seriously—because the right support can truly make all the difference.
But it hasn’t always been this way…
I didn’t come from a fitness background. In fact, I used to live a life completely opposite to the healthy, active lifestyle I have now. I hated the idea of exercise, and “health” wasn’t even something I considered—it was something I simply took for granted. I was overweight, unfit and lacking in confidence. I had no idea where to start, and I made plenty of mistakes along the way.
Eventually, I realised enough was enough. I wanted to change, and I was willing to invest the time and energy to make it happen. The problem was, I kept jumping from one quick-fix to another, wasting so much time and energy on fads that didn’t work.
That’s when everything began to shift.
In 2016, I signed up for my first marathon (as a non-runner) while studying for my PT qualifications. A year later, I achieved both goals on the same weekend, and that was the moment ‘Flourish Fit’ was born.
It was during this period that my training gave me a sense of purpose. I started seeing and feeling the changes in my body and mind. The benefits of being fit and healthy—physically and mentally—became clear, and I began to truly understand how much it could change your life.
Over time, my relationship with food, fitness and myself transformed.
I loved how much my mindset, my body and my confidence grew – as well as really enjoying strength training, calisthenics, pole and running these days too. I now use this experience to show others that they can achieve the same, regardless of where they start.
It was here that I started to see the real impact I could have—helping people not just get fitter, but more confident and comfortable in their own bodies.
WHAT IS 'YOUR PROJECT ME' & WHY I STARTED IT
Your Project Me was born from my personal journey of transformation. It’s the result of years of learning, evolving, and seeing first-hand how a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness and health can change lives. I started this business with one simple mission: to help you challenge self-doubt and get out of your own way once and for all – so that you never have to ‘start over’ again.
I’m not about quick fixes or gimmicks. I’m all about clear, honest coaching that’s designed to help you thrive with a sustainable approach that fits into your life. I want you to feel capable, not restricted. My coaching methods are all about long-term success, not short-lived results.
I take a creative, adaptable approach to coaching, always focusing on what works best for you. Your journey is personal, and my role is to guide you through it—not just by giving instructions, but by helping you understand the process and discovering what truly aligns with your life and goals.
For me, coaching isn’t just about teaching physical skills—it’s about helping you create a healthy, enjoyable life that feels sustainable. I believe that health shouldn’t be restrictive or boring, and it certainly doesn’t need to require sacrificing the things you love.
