I don’t come from a super sporty background and most certainly would not describe myself as strong or confident when I first started. Far from it! My own journey has taken just about every route going, many of which (probably like you) didn’t get me the results I wanted.

So I get it from first-hand experience. It’s exhausting isn’t it?

Well, hopefully you won’t have to look any further for the answers and guidance you need to finally get out of this rut and start feeling more confident and proud of what your body can do – physically and mentally.

In my experience, when people start to take their health seriously, it’s often as a result of something negative pushing them that little too far or hitting burnout – and enough becomes enough.

It was no different for me. Of course, my journey will differ from yours, but the fundamentals will resonate.

My past behaviours were ultimately driven by negative experiences and various influences and it’s not until I hit ‘rock bottom’ did I decide that something HAD to change.

Over the years I started to take my health more seriously and prioritising myself. It became very evident that it wasn’t just about moving more and what I was eating – but my mental health too. Yes, fitness and nutrition are a huge driving force in how you feel, which set the wheels in motion – but I needed to tackle my mindset too.

Through my own experiences, I’m now a huge advocate of mindset coaching, positive behaviour change and educating people on how transformative these simple actions can make to your life. (In a non-‘woo’ way).

Having fun and building your confidence is fundamental to both your physical and mental wellbeing too.

So now, I essentially cover the fundamental pillars of your health with my coaching tailored just for you.

I’m so passionate about how monumental the importance of looking after your health, how you feel and making yourself a priority is – it changed my life – and it’s why I help others do the same too.

There is nothing that gives me more joy than seeing the physical and mental transformations of my clients, achieving things they never thought possible and quite literally glowing with confidence as a result.

My priority for you is to always leave feeling better than when you walked in!
